we have just received our order for the great british beer festival this year its ICE MAIDEN nothing strange about that i here you say as its our best beer ,but 5 x 18 gallon casks of it ,my b.l.o alan doggart and dave stez will be on hand to represent the brewery ,regards smithy 4/7/08

well here it is again the summer beer out this week (think i should have brewed the winter warmer looking out the window) when you look at the pump clip i here you say  (WERE ARE  THE BIRDS)

seagulls ………am i missing for my native fleetwood ? no its formby beach one of catlins favorite places .

the beer is light golden with that grapefruit citrus flavor that seems to be popular these days

just when i said there would be no more new beers well maybe just another one for my good buddy the captain tasting notes on this beer are ,colour don’t know gravity don’t know what it tastes like don’t know ill have it put together for early march and get it down the the evening star in Brighton through a brewery swop for the captains comments

   BLACKOUT GOLD   4.0% (LIGHT GOLDEN  FRUITY )

  NEW ROSE    3.8  (VERY LIGHT CITRUS FLAVOUR)

well here they are  the beers have been pre booked  local to be delivered on or abouts Monday 17/3/08
